Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
